Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your Kushim subscription at any time from within the app. There are no cancellation fees.
How to cancel. Open the Kushim app → Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after that.
Effect of cancellation. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after the period ends, then is permanently deleted.
Renewal reminder. You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility
48-hour window. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original payment date. Requests made after this window are not eligible for a refund.
Free trial. Kushim offers a 15-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to evaluate the app during this period before subscribing.
How to request a refund
To request a refund within the eligible 48-hour window, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your registered email address
- Payment reference number (from your Razorpay receipt)
- Reason for the request
Processing time. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Exact timelines depend on your bank or card issuer.
Non-refundable situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests submitted more than 48 hours after the payment date
- Subscription renewals — you are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date
- Partial use of a subscription period after cancellation
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in India or other applicable jurisdictions.
